A plate carrier and a helmet for one of the brigade's soldiers. This is help for one particular person, but the capability of a whole unit is built out of exactly such things: a better protected soldier makes for a stronger unit.

The radio, the tablet with the map and the drone controller all run on batteries, and access to power on a position varies. A power bank lets them be topped up on the spot, without working around a socket or a generator.

An aid kit and a tourniquet within reach mean confidence for the crews at work and a safeguard if someone is wounded. That is the set of tactical medicine the brigade's new arrivals will get, so they go out on missions ready from their first days.
