About the Foundation

Who we are, how we help, and why our work matters

Who We Are

ICF Support Service is a charitable foundation that provides material assistance to the Defence Forces of Ukraine.

We work directly with military units and individual subunits, as well as with service members seeking assistance for the needs of their units. Assistance is provided on the basis of properly prepared and verified requests.

Our Mission

We strengthen the capabilities of the Defence Forces of Ukraine by supplying military units and subunits with the equipment and resources they need to carry out combat and service duties.

Timely assistance supports the work of military units and helps save lives.

Our Story

The Foundation was established in 2023 by two friends and volunteers. One of them is a former serviceman who remained in contact with his fellow soldiers and had a clear understanding of the needs of military units. The other helped fund urgent purchases.

At first, it was a personal effort to support servicemen who were their fellow soldiers, relatives, friends, and acquaintances. Over time, we realized that this support needed to become more systematic, bring more people together, and reach more military units. This is how a personal volunteer initiative grew into a charitable foundation.

Since then, we have completed dozens of projects for various military units and divisions. Our volunteer team has grown, servicemen we have previously supported regularly return to us with new requests, and we have built reliable partnerships with donors, benefactors, and suppliers.

As the scale of our work increased, our internal processes evolved as well. We have progressed from fully manual operations to automating a significant part of our daily work, allowing us to process requests faster, maintain better control over every stage of a project, and use our available resources more efficiently.

Our Principles

We believe in what we do and are convinced of the importance of this work.

We operate efficiently, transparently, and responsibly. We support every project from the initial request through the delivery of assistance and final reporting, while complying with legal requirements and strengthening the trust of service members, benefactors, and partners.

Areas of Activity

Material Assistance to the Military

We provide military units and individual subunits with essential equipment and supplies based on verified needs. This includes drones and components, charging stations and generators, thermal imaging devices and night-vision equipment, communications equipment, electronic warfare and signals intelligence equipment, medical supplies, tactical gear, protective equipment, tools, office equipment, vehicle parts, tyres, and other essential items.

Repair of Vehicles and Other Equipment

We cover the cost of repairing vehicles and other equipment used by military units to carry out combat and service duties. This helps return equipment to operation more quickly and maintain the units’ capabilities.

Our Team

Our team brings together volunteers and professionals with diverse backgrounds and experience.

Each of us has a primary occupation, while also contributing time, knowledge, and responsibility to the Foundation on a voluntary basis.
